Janice Kay Phipps Owen passed away on Tuesday, August 11, 2026 from pneumonia in Maryland.
She was preceded in death by her father, Herbert Phipps, Jr. of Tabor City; her brother, Tony Phipps of Loris, South Carolina and the love of her life, her husband, Ronald "Ronnie" Owen, Jr. of Clarkton.
Janice leaves behind her mother, Betty Hardison of Bladenboro; brothers: Herbert "Bo" Phipps and wife Teresa of Clarkton, Chris Phipps of Loris, South Carolina; sister, Suzanne Hester and husband Reynold of Bladenboro; sons: David DiCicco of Bladenboro, Robert DiCicco and wife Shannon of Maryland and grandchildren: Kailynn, Sophia, Cole and Wyatt DiCicco.
