Alex Bordeaux, 45 of Elizabethtown died Sunday, May 31, 2009 at UNC Hospital, Chapel Hill.
He was born in Bladen County on January 1, 1964.He was a veteran of the US Army.
Alex is survived by his father and mother, Jimmy and Hilda Bordeaux of Elizabethtown; his mother, Shirley Bryan Bordeaux of Bladenboro; one son, A.J. Bordeaux and wife, Suzanne of Bladenboro; one daughter, Christa Bordeaux of New York; two brothers, Kenny Godwin of Bladenboro and Earl Suggs of Matthews; one grandson, Paiton Bordeaux.
The family will receive friends Friday, June 5, 2009 from 6:00 until 8:00 pm at Oak Grove Original Freewill Baptist Church.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 6, 2009 at 11:00 am at Oak Grove Original Freewill Baptist Church
