Amanda Lewis

Mrs. Amanda Rogers Stackhouse Lewis, 95 of Bladenboro died, Thursday, February 15, 2007 at Columbus Regional Healthcare System.



Mrs. Lewis is predeceased by her husband C. R. Lewis; two sisters, Louise Currie, and Pearl Wallace; a brother, Gordon Rogers; and a niece, Gladys W. Hinnant.



Visitation will be held Saturday, February 17, from 6 until 8 pm at Bladen Funeral Home in Elizabethown.



The funeral will be held Sunday, February 18, at 2 pm at the First Baptist Church in Bladenboro,with Rev. Bert Young officiating. Burial will follow in Fairmont Cemetery in Fairmont, North Carolina.



Mrs. Lewis is survived by a brother, Charles A. Rogers of Albuquerque, New Mexico; three nieces, Ruby Lois Freeman of Franklin; Carol W.Boggs of Candler; and Audrey McGill of Little River SC; and many great nieces and nephews.
