Amy Millington Schumacher

Amy June Millington Schumacher, 53, of Elizabethtown, passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 18, 2025, at the Novant Health New Hanover Regional Medical Center in Wilmington. Amy was preceded in death by her parents, Wayne Louis Millington and Sandra Potter Millington, as well as her partner, John Best.

Amy leaves behind two daughters: Morgan Mooneyham (Conner) and Audrey Schumacher-Devane (Anna), both of Leland; brothers: Tony Millington and Mark Millington, both residing in New York and grandchildren: Myles Mooneyham and Murphy Mooneyham of Leland.

A Celebration of Life service will be held in her honor at 2pm on Sunday, December 28th at The Lake Church, located at 1930 White Lake Dr, Elizabethtown, NC 28337. The family will receive friends immediately following the service.
