Angela Sternthal

Angela Melton Sternthal, age 50, former owner and manager of Melton's Restaurant of Elizabethtown passed away on Wednesday, August 22, 2018. She is preceded in death by her father: Mack Melton and sister: Sharon Melton Phillips. Angela leaves to cherish her memories husband: Thomas Sternthal of the home, twin daughters: Olivia and Emilee Johnson, also of the home; mother: Frances Melton Kinlaw and husband Clifton of Bladenboro; brother: Scott Melton and wife Jennifer of Lumberton; two stepsons: Brian Sternthal and wife Joy of Elizabethtown and Jason Sternthal and wife Chrissy of Dallas, Texas, one step-grandson: Jackson, niece: Ava Melton and nephew: Aiden Melton both of Lumberton.

Angela was a wonderful wife, devoted mother, precious daughter and sister. She was the glue that held the family together.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, August 25th from 2-4 pm at Antioch Baptist Church on Old Whiteville Rd in Lumberton with a funeral service following at 4:00 pm officiated by Rev. Mark Meadows and Rev. Kevin Kinlaw. Burial will follow the services at Community Baptist Church Cemetery in Bladenboro.
