Annie Brown

Annie Lucille Butler Brown, 83, of Dublin passed away Friday, May 12, 2017. She is preceded in death by her parents Vance Sr. and Berta Butler, the love of her life, husband Vernon Brown, son Bobby Brown, two half-brothers: Clarence and Kirby Butler, two half-sisters: Mary Etta Britt and Willie Downing, one sister Bonnie Britt, three brothers Vance Jr., Buddy and Wadis Butler and two infant siblings. Lucille is survived by her daughter Debbie Zimmerman (Jimmie) of AR; two sisters-in-law Clarice and Louise Butler of Dublin; two grandchildren James Allen Zimmerman (Debbie) of Jacksonville, FL, Christian J Zimmerman (Wendy) of AR; three great grandsons and four step-grandsons. Aunt Ceil was a vital part in the life of her nieces and nephews and they loved her dearly.

The family will receive friends from 2-3 pm Thursday at Dublin First Baptist Church in Dublin, NC followed by a funeral service at 3 pm with Rev. Cameron McGill and Rev. Warren Hill officiating. Burial will follow the services in the Allen Cemetery in Dublin.
