Barry Hester

James Barry Hester, 64 of Bladenboro passed away on Monday, March 25, 2019. He was preceded in death by his father: Woodrow (W.C.) Hester and brother: Bobby Hester. Barry is survived by his son: John Hester of the home; three daughters: Amy Rosa of Wake Forest (Jose), Courtney Hester; Amber Hurst of Dublin; his mother: Juanita Hester of Bladenboro; brother: Woody Hester of Bladenboro and four grandchildren.

Barry loved his family and friends. He would literally give you the shirt off his back. Music was a big part of his life. He always said that he and Elvis had alot in common, they did it "Their Way". The family would like to thank all of his music friends for sharing their love of music with Barry.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, March 29, 2019 at 4:00 pm at Bladen Memorial Gardens in Elizabethtown with Rev. Dale Hester officiating service.
