Bobby Babson

Bobby Dale Babson, 42, of Stuart, FL (formerly of Elizabethtown) passed away on Wednesday, October 1, 2014.
He was born in Bladen County on November 17, 1971.

He is survived by his parents, Billy M. and Vella Rose Thompson Babson of Elizabethtown; two brothers, Billy Wade Babson and wife Jennie of Lake Wylie, SC and Tim Babson and wife Rhiannon of Ranson WV; nieces, Bronte, Kenna, Shelby and Skye Babson; nephew, Ethan Babson; special aunt, Levona Thompson; his beloved friend, Colleen Eye, and two special kitty friends, B.W. and Dukey.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, October 7, 2014 from 4:00 until 4:45 pm at Community Baptist Church in Bladenboro. The funeral service will follow at 5:00 pm at the church with Rev. Robert Ohlmann and Rev. Billy Wade Babson officiating. Burial will follow in church cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Community Baptist Academy, 3107 Hwy. 410 S., Bladenboro, and NC.
