Bradford Dean "Brad" McCall

Bradford Dean McCall, affectionately known to all as “Brad”, of Elizabethtown passed away on Saturday, May 17, 2025, while at Atrium Health in Charlotte at the age of 56. He was preceded in death by his mother, Judith Guyton Suggs, his spouse Sarah Treptow McCall, and one uncle Dean McCall. Left to cherish his memory are father David McCall (Karina) of Hendersonville, beloved partner Kelly Watterson of Bladenboro, stepchildren Lucas Balaschak, MA, and Nadine Pabon, SC, four grandchildren, two brothers, Gregory Suggs of Dublin, Artem McCall of Hendersonville, uncles Myron Suggs, and John Guyton (Cindy), Aunt Dale McCall Manns (Danny) and her family, cousins Brian Blanks (Durayea), Brandi Brown (Eric), and Colby McCall, special friend Carson McArthur and a host of other friends and family.

Brad was a hardworking, self-employed heavy equipment and diesel mechanic. He enjoyed working with his hands and being outdoors. He leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter and loyal friendships that will be remembered always.

The family will receive friends for a time of remembrance on Wednesday, May 21, 2025, at 12:30 pm at Bladen Gaskins Funeral Home in Elizabethtown followed by a funeral service at 1:00 pm with the Reverend Darryl Dowless, Pastor Larry Singletary and Assistant Pastor Johnsie Johnson officiating. A private burial will follow the services.
