Brenda Griffith

Brenda Kaye Adcox Griffith, 67, of Whiteville passed away on Monday, April 17, 2017. She was preceded in death by her parents: John and Margaret Adcox; brother: Johhny Adcox; son: Michael Paul Brown and spouse: Robert Gabby Griffith. Brenda is survived by her sister: Linda Green and husband Terry of Whiteville; step-children: Marcee Smith and Baron Griffith; granddaughter: Jozee Michelle Gabrella Brown and life partner Joshua Warren; three grandsons: William Michael Lantz Brown and life partner Crystal Lund, Dakoda Zane Paul Brown, Matthew Kelly McKenzie Brown; several step-grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; two nieces: Jonna Carter, Charlene Gore and daughter-in-law: Jamie Wilson Brown.

Brenda was an outgoing and compassionate person who loved her family; always caring for others more than herself. She loved her church and was a charter member of the Whiteville Assembly of God.

The family will receive friends on Friday, April 21, 2017 from 12:00-1:45pm prior to funeral service at 2pm at the Whiteville Assembly of God. Rev. Randy Hunt and Rev. Tim Roush will be officiating service. Burial will be held in Bladen Memorial Gardens in Elizabethtown, NC.
