Charles Howard Adams, 61, of Lake Waccamaw passed away on Tuesday, June 11, 2013.
Charles was preceded in death by his mother, Ruby Davis Adams, and by a brother, Donald Ray Adams.
He is survived by his father, Charles Adams of Bladenboro; best friend, Freida Adams of Bladenboro; one brother, Douglas Wayne Adams of Bladenboro; one sister, Windy Butler and husband Albert of Dublin, and one niece, Alyson Edwards.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 15, 2013 at 6:00 pm at Bladen-Gaskins Funeral Home in Elizabethtown.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Liver Foundation, 39 Broadway, Suite 2700, New York, NY 10006.
