Cornelius Brisson

Cornelius Brisson, age 73, of Bladenboro passed away on Monday, May 21, 2018. He is preceded in death by his parents: Caudie and Eva Brisson, one sister: Ora Lee Lanier, and one brother: Chappelle Brisson. Cornelius leaves behind his devoted wife of 54 years Elsie Brisson of the home; three daughters: Laura B. Childress and husband Guy; Michelle B. Pittman and husband Larry; and Lynn Sellers and husband Mike, all of Bladenboro; one brother: Cedric Brisson, also of Bladenboro; one sister: Wanda Scott of Clayton and six grandchildren: Erica Childress, Brianna Childress, Whitney P. Sturgill, Courtney Pittman, Kaylee Pittman, and Brandon Walden.

The family will receive friends from 12-1 pm on Saturday, May 26, 2018 at Abe Branch Holiness Church in Bladenboro followed by a funeral service at 1:00 pm with Rev. David Clewis officiating. Burial will follow the services in the Hursey Cemetery, off Marsh Rd, in Bladenboro.
