Donald "Don" Ray Cribb, Jr.

Donald "Don" Ray Cribb, Jr., 68, of Bladenboro, passed away on February 8, 2026, at UNC Health Southeastern in Lumberton. Born on August 24, 1957, in Robeson County, Don was a cherished husband, father, brother, and friend who touched the lives of many.

Don leaves behind his beloved wife, Wanda S. Shaw of the home; daughters: Amanda Chavis and her husband Chris of Maxton, and Tonya Ward of Fayetteville; brothers: Scott Cribb and his wife Diane of Cary, Brett Cribb and his wife Kim of Surfside; sister, Debbie Maroney of Raleigh; seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild, all of whom he adored. Don was predeceased by his parents; sister, Susan Cribb and daughters: Rhonda Bryan and Shanda Mers.

Don was a devoted family man who treasured every moment spent with his loved ones, always gathering them together to create lasting memories.

Throughout his life, Don found joy in various hobbies and interests. He had a passion for race cars and loved watching racing. His adventurous spirit led him to the mountains and the beach, with memorable trips to Charleston, SC, and delightful cruises. An avid history buff, Don also pursued a heartfelt passion for collecting planes and cars.

A celebration of life service will be held at 4pm on Wednesday, February 11th at Hickory Grove Baptist Church in Bladenboro. The family will receive friends an hour prior to service.

As we remember Don, we reflect on the warmth he brought into the lives of those around him. His love for family and friends will always be cherished in the hearts of all who knew him.
