Ernest Johnson

Ernest Craven Johnson, Sr. age 82 of Ivanhoe, died Sunday, August 24, 2014 at Lower Cape Fear Hospice in Wilmington. He was a US Navy Veteran. He is survived by his wife Minnie "Mickey" Johnson of the home; two sons, Ernie Johnson and wife Beth and Joe Johnson and wife Stephanie all of Ivanhoe; one brother, Walter Johnson of Jacksonville; and three grandchildren, Jon Eric, Jason and Jared Johnson.

Private services will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Lower Cape Fear Hospice, 1406 Physicians Drive, Wilmington, NC 28401.
