Eugene J. Hester, 67 of Elizabethtown passed away on Wednesday, September 18, 2024 at Lower Cape Fear Hospice in Whiteville. He was born on May 11, 1957 to the late Marvin and Louise McCormick Hester. He is proceeded in death by his parents, brothers, Samuel, Joe, and Aubrey Hester and his sister, Frances Jester.
Eugene is survived by his sister, Helen Master Edwards of Elizabethtown; and several nieces and nephews.
He loved his family, going fishing, and was in the US Army.
