Evelyn Devane Simmons, 74, of White Oak passed away Saturday, September 23, 2017. She is preceded in death by her parents Sidney and Nellie Devane, her husband Lloyd W. Simmons, and one sister Louise Huggins. Evelyn is survived by her two daughters: Vickie Seifert and husband John of Florence, SC and Joanna Simmons of White Oak; and three brothers: James Devane of Leland; Bobby Devane of White Oak and Roger Devane also of White Oak.
A private service will be held.
