Frances "Frankie" Irene Gardner Ogden Williamson

Frances Irene Gardner Ogden Williamson, affectionately known as “Frankie” went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, April 10, 2025, while at Novant Health New Hanover in Wilmington. She was preceded in death by her parents, John D. Gardner and Bronna Brown Gardner, her husbands, Donald Ogden and H.B. Williamson, and one sister, Kay Tatum.

Left to cherish her memory are daughters, Tina Partain of Elizabethtown, Frankie Ogden of Fayetteville, brothers Jerry Gardner (Kathleen) of South Carolina, and Buddy Gardner (Royjeanna) of North Carolina, half siblings, Judy Ray and Billy Gardner, and a host of nieces and nephews.

Frankie was a loving sister, wife, mother, and aunt. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends, tending her flowers, and decorating her home for every holiday, especially Christmas. Frankie had a love of angels and music. Her family will hold dear her sweet legacy but are comforted by the thought of her listening to that sweet heavenly choir now.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, April 12, 2025 from 3-5 pm at Bladen Gaskins Funeral Home in Elizabethtown. A funeral service will be held on Monday, April 14, 2025 at 2 pm at the Colly Chapel in Harrells with the Reverend Jim Woodruff officiating. Burial will follow the services in the Davis Cemetery on Sweet Home Church Road in Elizabethtown.
