Giles Thomas Shackelford, age 86, of Elizabethtown passed away on Monday, December 24, 2012.
He was born on November 26, 1926 in Robeson County to the late Herbert and Ella Tolar Shackelford. He was preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his wife, Emma Jean Shackelford of the home; one son, Thomas Shackelford of Bladenboro; two sisters, Rosalie Leggett of Lumberton and Vivian; two grandchildren.
The family will receive friends on Friday, December 28, 2012 from 10:00 until 10:45 am at Bladen-Gaskins Funeral Home. Funeral Services will follow at 11:00 am at the Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Fellowship Bible Baptist Church Cemetery in Elizabethtown.
