Glenda Dale Long Britt

Glenda Dale Long Britt, 79, of Elizabethtown passed away on Sunday, September 27, 2026, while at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center in Fayetteville. She was the daughter of the late Edward Long and Gladys Pait Long. She is preceded by one brother and two sisters.

Glenda was a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother and friend. She enjoyed her time with family, especially during the holidays. Cooking and baking for her loved ones always brought great joy to her heart. She had a passion for the outdoors, fishing, and watching the animals run and play. Her compassionate heart and gentle nature will be remembered by those that love her dearly.

Left to cherish her memory are beloved husband, Dale Britt of the home, son Jamie Britt of Elizabethtown, daughter Michelle Britt (Crystal) of Lumberton, and four grandchildren, Cory Hall, Zachary Britt Creel, Tyler Smith, and Morgan Johnson.

A Celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, October 3, 2026 R 10:00 am at Center Road Baptist Church in Bladenboro.
