Hazel Hood

Hazel Packer Hood of Clarkton, passed away on Tuesday September 25, 2007, in the home.

She is predeceased by: son, Roland Bobby Ezzell; daughter, Grace Ann; brothers, Thurman Packer and James Packer; sisters, Hattie Baydson and Mary Starnes.

Mrs. Hood is survived by:one son, Curry ( Wig) Wiggins and wife Connie of Clarkton; two daughters, Lucille Hood of Chadbourn and Catherine Edwards of Clarkton; one brother, Haywood Packer of Clarkton; one sister, Eva Mae Packer Price of Bladenboro; four grandchildren, Grace Melvin, Jill Smith, Renee Batton and Jamie Wiggins, three step grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; eight step great grandchildren.

A visitation will be held from 7 to 9:00 pm at Bladen Funeral Home on Thursday September 27, 2007. A service will be held at 3:00 pm at Bladen Funeral Home on Friday September 28, 2007 with Rev. Larry Hayes officiating.
