Hazel Parks

Hazel Frances Simmons, Ezzell, Parks, 92 of Clarkton passed away Monday, June 29, 2009 at Southeastern Hospice House in Lumberton.



Preceded in death by her parents; Simeon and Suly Ray Simmons; one brother, C. F. Simmons; one sister, Pauline Barnes; husbands, Leo Ezzell and Woodrow Parks.



She is survived by one sister, Flora Carter Ganous; a host of nieces, nephews and friends.



A Memorial service will be held at the Clarkton Presbyterian Church Friday, July 3, 2009 at 1:00 pm with Rev. Stuart Link officiating. The family will receive guest immediately following the memorial service in the church reception hall. A private burial will follow at Brown Marsh Cemetery of Clarkton.
