Howard Roy Elkins, 71, of Clarkton passed away Monday, June 30, 2014. He is survived by his wife Judy Elkins of the home, two brothers, Ed Elkins (Angela) of Washington, DC and Tom Elkins (Anne Marie) of Raleigh, one sister Diane Lambeth (Dr. Bill Lambeth) of Raleigh and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 12:00 - 12:45 pm Saturday, July 5, 2014 at Clarkton Baptist Church followed by a funeral service at 1:00 pm.
A private burial will take place before service.
