Hubert Gordon Carroll, 79, of Bladenboro NC, passed away on Thursday, September 13, 2012. He is a veteran of the Air Force.
He is predeceased by his parents, Chester and Ethel Dowless Carroll; one sister, Elizabeth Byrd, and two brothers, Eugene Carroll and M.C. Carroll, Jr.
He is survived by his wife, Janice Carroll of the home, a daughter, Jennifer Rowe and husband, Steve of Taylors, SC; two sons, Eugene Carroll and wife, Dianne of Bladenboro, and Jeff Carroll of Bladenboro; one sister, Luella Wike of Omaha, Nebraska; two grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; one great grandchild and one step-great grandchild.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, September 15 from 6:00 pm to 8:00pm at Bladen-Gaskins Funeral Home. Services will be Sunday, September 16, at 3:00 pm at Bladen-Gaskins Funeral Home with Rev. David Rutland officiating. Burial will follow in the New Pait Cemetery.
