Hubert Craven Kinlaw, a respected member of his community, passed away on March 23, 2026, in Whiteville, North Carolina. Born on October 6, 1935, Mr. Kinlaw lived a life marked by dedication and integrity, leaving behind a legacy that will be remembered by all who knew him.
A service to honor Mr. Kinlaw’s life will be held on March 26, 2026, beginning at 1:00 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall of Elizabethtown Baptist Church, located at 1800 W Broad St, Elizabethtown, NC 28337. This gathering will provide an opportunity for family, friends, and the community to come together to reflect on his contributions and share their memories. Following the fellowship, a funeral service will commence at 2:00 p.m. at Elizabethtown Baptist Church with Dr. Charles Royal and Rev. Charles Kinlaw, officiating. Burial will follow in Bladen Memorial Gardens. The family invites all who knew Hubert Craven Kinlaw to join in honoring his memory during these solemn services in Elizabethtown, North Carolina.
