Irene Adams, 59, Bladenboro, NC, went to be with the Lord April 2, 2010.
She was devoted to her Lord and a loyal member to Good News Baptist Church. Her many good deeds and accomplishments will be held in our hearts forever.
The family will receive friends Sunday, April 4, from 6:30 pm until 8:30 pm at Bladen-Gaskins Funeral Home.
Services will be held Monday, April 5, at Good News Baptist Church at 3:00 pm with Rev. Larry Hayes officiating.
Burial will follow at the Good News Baptist Church Cemetery.
Mrs. Irene was predeceased by her mother, Thelma Thompson Wiederspahn; children, Tullen Junior Adams, Tullen Gregory Adams and Elizabeth Diane Adams; and one brother, Horace Carter.
She is survived by her husband, Tullen Adams of the home; two brothers, Don Carter of Bladenboro and Steve Carter of Georgia; two sisters, Carolyn Sykes of Bladenboro and Louise McRoberts of Bladenboro.
