James Henry Allen, 73, of Tar Heel passed away Thursday, May 29, 2014. He is survived by one sister Betsy Rich of Elizabethtown, one nephew Allen Rich and wife Regenia Rich and one great nephew Jordan Rich, all of Longs, SC. The family will receive friends Saturday, May 31, 2014 from 12-12:45pm at Bladen Gaskins Funeral Home followed by a funeral service at 1:00 pm. Burial will follow the services in Purdie Cemetery in Tar Heel, NC.
