John Cain

John Edmond Cain, 70, of Elizabethtown passed away on Monday, April 24, 2017. He is preceded in death by his parents Porter and Sallie Cain and one son John Michael Cain. John is survived by his wife of 50 years Linda Lambert Cain, two sons: Christopher Cain and wife Heather B. Cain and Jason Cain, all of Elizabethtown, one grandchild Summer Cain and one "grand-cat" Diesel.
John was a loving, kind and dedicated husband, father, and grandfather. He was hardworking and family oriented. John enjoyed every minute spent with his family and he will be missed a great deal.
The family will receive friends from 12-1 pm on Saturday, April 29, 2017 at Dublin First Baptist Church in Dublin, NC followed by a funeral service at 1 pm officiated by Rev. Cameron McGill. Burial will follow the services in Briar Branch Baptist Church Cemetery in Elizabethtown.
