John Cole

John Robert Cole, age 78, of Elizabethtown passed away on Monday, October 19, 2015.
John was born on April 11, 1937 to the late John Grover and Ethel Pauline Shaw Cole.

He is survived by his wife, Bettye Carter Cole of the home; three sons, Darryl Cole of Fayetteville, step-sons, Jonathan Parker of Elizabethtown and James Parker of Zebulon; one brother, Julian Cole of Gainesville, VA; seven grandchildren and one great grandchild.

A celebration of life service will be held on Thursday, October 22, 2015 at Dublin First Baptist Church at 3:00 pm with Rev. Cameron McGill and Dr. C. J. Bordeaux officiating. A reception will follow the celebration of life service.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Dublin First Baptist Building Fund and or Elizabethtown Christian Academy.
