John Thomas Collum, age 62, of Lake Waccamaw passed away February 4, 2013 at Columbus County Hospital. He was a resident at Premier Living and Rehab Center in Lake Waccamaw.
He is predeceased by his parents John and Doris Collum and one sister, Faye Davis. He is survived by one brother Billy Collum of Bolton.
Graveside service will be held Thursday, February 7, 2013 at 1:00 pm at the Watson Family Cemetery on Cromartie Rd in Elizabethtown, NC.
