Joseph Shaw

Joseph Vernon Shaw, 75, of Bladenboro, entered into eternal rest December 24, 2009.



The family will receive friends at their home Saturday, December 26 between 7 and 9PM.



There will be a graveside service Sunday, December 27, at 4:00PM at Bladen Memorial Gardens with Rev. James Hodge and Rev. Ellen Bullard officiating.



Mr. Shaw is predeceased by his parents, Beatrice and Vera Shaw; son, Joseph Andrew Shaw; two brothers, Waylan Shaw and Junior Shaw; and one grandchild, Bobby Wilkins, Jr.



He is survived by his wife, Shelby Jean Conner Shaw; his son, Wayne Shaw and wife, Patricia; his daughter, Gloria Jean Wilkins and husband Bobby; two sisters; eight grandchildren, Warren Shaw, Deidra Shipman, Heather Shaw, Ricky Mintz, Mindy Mintz, Adam Mintz, Taylor Shaw and Tyler Shaw;and two great-grandchildren, Aidan Shipman and Shelby Moon Shaw.
