Karen Jones

Karen Hickman Jones, 61, of Bladenboro, passed away on Wednesday, January 10, 2018. She was preceded in death by her parents: Wilbur and Betty Hickman and brother: Larry Hickman. Karen is survived by her husband: Albert Jones of the home; son: Chris Deavers of Charleston, SC; daughter: Kelly Robeson and husband John of Tar Heel; four grandchildren: Peyton Robeson, Jacob Deaver, Sylvia Deaver, Olivia Deaver; two nieces: Carla Burney of Bladenboro, Dina Lamb of Tar Heel; lots of friends and special people.

Karen was a nature and animal lover who always lived a humble life. Her family giving the greatest joy.

A memorial service will be held at 3pm on Saturday, January 13, 2018 at Bladen-Gaskins Funeral Home in Elizabethtown with Rev. Kincy Barrow officiating service. The family will receive friends immediately following the service.
