Katherine Diane Smith, 65, of Lumberton, passed away on Tuesday, May 23, 2017. She was preceded in death by her parents: Ernest and Dorothy Smith; daughter: Tammy Hunt; granddaughter: Krystal Hunt; brothers: Sherman Smith and Ronald "Buck" Smith. Katherine is survived by grandson: James Anthony Hunt; two sisters: Judy Ezzell of Rockingham, Wanda Smith of Garland; several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, May 27, 2017 from 11-12:15pm at Bladen-Gaskins Funeral Home in Elizabethtown with a funeral service at 12:30pm. Burial will follow services in Gardens of Faith cemetery in Lumberton.
