Lillian Melvin Clark, 89, of Council, entered into eternal rest Friday, May 13, 2011.
She is predeceased by her parents, James Franklin Melvin and Isabell Hester Melvin; her husband, Charlie Clark; one daughter, Nancy Clark; and 14 siblings.
She is survived by her daughter, Elsie Hair and her special friend, Kerry Priest; two grandchildren, Heath Hair and wife, Chris, and Kory Hair and wife, Jennifer; three great-grandchildren, Haley, Emma and Jaxon Hair; and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, May 14, at Bladen-Gaskins Funeral Home from 6:00 - 8:00 PM. Services will be Sunday, May 15, at 3:00 PM at White Plains Presbyterian Church with Rev. Teddy Lawson officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Horeb Cemetery.
