Louise Ann Kulp lived her life loving nature, her family, and community. She passed away peacefully on June 6, 2026, in Elizabethtown, North Carolina. Born on July 12, 1949 in Reading, Pennsylvania, Louise's life was one of dedication and heartfelt connections.

Louise found joy in the beauties of the natural world. She appreciated the beauty of both the mountains and the beach and embraced the diverse and picturesque landscapes that North Carolina offered.

Louise was an ardent supporter of firemen and first responders. She was also an enthusiastic NASCAR fan, with particular loyalty to the Penske Racing Teams. Beyond these interests, Louise's heart belonged to her family. She loved her grandchildren and great-grandchildren dearly, cherishing every moment shared. Family, fellowship, and good meals were constants in her life, reflecting her warmth of spirit.

Her presence will be lovingly remembered by her children Denise Rathman and her husband Todd, Ruth Williams and Donald, and Jeff Kulp and his wife Angelick. She also leaves behind a cherished circle of grandchildren: Alyssa Luft, Rachel Rathman, Jillian Rathman, Laura Rathman, Mark Williams, Bethany Kulp, Melody Kulp, along with great-grandchildren Logan, Aubrey, and Ryker. Louise's furry companion, Nellie, held a special place in her heart as well.

Louise was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Leonard and Dorothy Witman Riegel, her devoted husband of over forty years, Barry Lee Kulp, her son Mark Emmanuel Kulp, and her sister Lucille Riegel.

Throughout her life, Louise Ann Kulp exemplified kindness, creativity, and a steadfast connection to those she loved. She will be deeply missed but fondly remembered for the light she brought to the lives she touched.
