Lula Edwards

Mrs. Lula Mae Edwards, 88 of Bladenboro died Sunday, May 6, 2007 at Southeastern Regional Medical Center.



Mrs. Edwards is preceded in death by her husband Waitus Edwards, a daughter, Billy Faye Bridges and a grandson, Barry Bridges; two brothers, Alan Cox, and Eddie Cox; two sisters, Annie Belle Kinlaw and Margaret Packer.



The visitation will be held Monday, May 7, 2007 from 6:00 until 8:00 pm at Bladen Funeral Home. Funeral service will be at West Bladenboro Baptist Church on Tuesday, May 8, 2007 at 1:00 pm with Rev. Boyd Britt and Ronnie Cox officiating, burial will follow in Lewis Cemetery.



Mrs. Edwards is surivied by a son, Jay W. Edwards of Charlotte; a daughter, Sadie Cain of Bladenboro; a brother, Lonnie Cox of Bladenboro; and a sister, Monnie Lee Edwards of Bladenboro; 8 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and 6 great great grandchildren.
