Mae Lewis

Mae Butler Lewis, 82, of Dublin entered into eternal rest Friday, January 18, 2008.

She was born in Bladen County to the late Paisley and Lettie Butler. She was a homemaker.

Ms. Lewis was predeceased by one daughter, Judy Harrison and two brothers, Creston Butler and Ezra Butler;two sisters, Bertha Meares, and Margie Lewis.

She is survived by one daughter, Janice Mae Lewis of the home; four brothers, Harvey Butler, Hoover Butler, Alvin Butler, and Lee Butler all of Bladenboro; two sisters, Nora Smith and Artie Smith of Bladenboro; three grandchildren; and several great grandchildren.

The funeral is planned for Saturday, January 19, 2008 at 2:00 PM at Bladen Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jerry Smith and Rev. Hazel Smith officiating. Burial will be in New Pait Cemetery.
