Marian Freeman, 87, of Dublin passed away on Sunday, November 14, 2010. She was born in Petersburg, VA on July 13, 1923 to the late John and Lula Holloway Thomas. She was preceded in death by her husband, James H. Freeman, Sr. and her parents.
She is survived by one son, James H. (Jimmy) Freeman, Jr. and wife Teresa of Dublin; one sister, Charlotte P. Hawkins of Colonial Heights, VA; two grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
A private grave side service was held on Tuesday, November 16, 2010 at 2:00 pm at Allen Cemetery in Dublin, NC with Rev. Joe Foster officiating.
