Mary Smith

Mary Christine Gibson Smith, 85, of Bladenboro passed away Friday, May 27, 2016. She is preceded in death by her parents, Willie and Alma Gibson; husband, Leo Smith; son, Willis Smith; sister, Mattie Jane Feltwell; brothers, W.L., Jack, and Buddy Gibson; two grandchildren, Evelyn and Christel. Survivors include: son, Ricky Smith and wife Vickie of Bladenboro; two daughters, Patricia Todd of Elizabethtown, Nan Bowman and husband Bob of Mooresville, NC; two brothers, James Gibson and Willis Ray Gibson both of Bladenboro; two sisters, Eula Mae Packer of Bladenboro, Carol Jean Hewitt of Elizabethtown; nine grandchildren, two step-grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren, four step-great grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren.
Family will receive friends on Saturday, May 28, 2016 from 3-5 pm at Bladen-Gaskins Funeral Home in Elizabethtown. Graveside service will be held Sunday, May 29, 2016 at 2pm at McKinnon Cemetery in Bladenboro. Rev. Carey Horrell will be officiating.
