Michael Merritt

Michael "Red" Merritt, 55, of Elizabethtown passed away on Thursday, April 6, 2017. He was preceded in death by his parents: Akra and Alma Merritt; brother: Akra Merritt Jr. Michael is survived by son: Augustus Merritt of Mt. Airy, NC; daughter: Crystal Lynn Wineburg of Charleston, SC; brother: Graham Alden Merritt of Elizabethtown; sister: Linda Gail Merritt of Elizabethtown.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, April 9, 2017 from 4:30pm to 6:00pm at Bladen-Gaskins Funeral Home in Elizabethtown. A private graveside will be held at a later date.
