Mildred Ellen Hammond

Mildred Ellen Hammond was born July 9, 1952 and entered her heavenly home on Saturday, July 13, 2024. She was surrounded by family as she departed this world for the presence of Jesus.

 She left a wonderful legacy of true servanthood to her three children, her seven grandchildren, brothers and sisters, and other family and will be remembered always for her sacrificial love and devotion.

 A visitation will be held from 7-8 pm on Tuesday, July 16th at Bladen Gaskins Funeral Home in Elizabethtown, NC. A graveside service will be held at 10:00 am on Wednesday, July 17th at Singletary Baptist Church Cemetery in Lumberton, NC.
