Murray McNeill "Neill" Todd

Murray McNeill “Neill” Todd, 54, of Bladenboro passed away at his home on Friday, April 3, 2026. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents Willie and Bessie Todd, Maternal grandparents Murray and Irene Santee and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Left to cherish his memory are his father McNeill Todd, mother Sherry S. Leggett, both of Bladenboro, son Marvin Hernandez of Red Springs, three daughters Rebekah Todd (Jordan Meares) of Bladenboro, Gabrielle Todd (Adam Pate) of Bladenboro and Britney Todd of Red Springs, one brother Kevin Todd (T.J.) of Bladenboro, and four grandchildren Kaidence Todd, Leo Aragon, Xolani Aragon, and Levi Meares.

Neill was a hardworking, generous man that loved his family. He was the type of man that would give the very shirt off his back to help you and could never say “No” to anyone. His happiest times were with his children and grandchildren. Neill was known for his love of numbers and cooking. He was pretty good at both and a meal with family or friends was always welcomed. He will be dearly missed by all.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, April 9th from 2-3 pm at the Bladen Gaskins Funeral Home in Elizabethtown followed by a graveside service at 3:30 pm in the Old Field Cemetery in Bladenboro.
