Obie Wright

Obie Marion Wright, 79 of Bladenboro passed away on April 27, 2017. Obie was born on August 26, 1937, to the late Mennon and Mary Edwards Wright. Obie was retired from the United States Air Forces. He is preceded in death by his parents and sister: Phenie Watterson. Mr. Wright is survived by his wife, Janice Wright of the home, two sons, Timothy and Tommy Wright both of Bladenboro; two brothers, Manley and Bobby Wright; and sisters: Lizzy Holly and Mary Lee Pidgen.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, May 7, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at the home of Mrs. Janice Wright, 64 Baxley & Wright Lane, Bladenboro, NC 28320. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, May 7, 2017 at 4:00 p.m. at the Edwards Family Cemetery.
