Peggy Harrelson

Peggy Jean Britt Harrelson, 76, of Bladenboro, passed away Tuesday, October 13, 2015. She is preceded in death by her parents, Ralph & Lela Britt of Clarkton; husband, Boyd H. Harrelson, Sr. of Bladenboro; brother, Robert Britt of Bladenboro; and sisters, Josephine Britt of Wilmington and Doris Guyton of Bladenboro. She is survived by her son Boyd H. (Pete) Harrelson, Jr. and wife Amy of Lumberton; daughters, Janet Lee Gore and husband Aven of Loris, SC and Suzanne (Susie) Kelly and husband Terris of Valdez, AK; sisters, Edith Blackwell of Cerro Gordo, Ann Williams of Lumberton, and Linda Hammonds of Bladenboro; and three grandchildren, Boyd Bruce Harrelson, Brandi Harrelson and Mikie Willard.

The family will receive friends on Friday, October 16, 2015 from 1:30 p.m. until 2:45 p.m. at Bladen-Gaskins Funeral Home. A graveside service will follow at 3:00 p.m. at Shady Grove Baptist Church Cemetery in Bladenboro, NC with the Rev. Lebron Crisp officiating.
