Robert Taylor

Robert Taylor, 73, of Lumberton, passed away Friday, August 19, 2016. Mr. Taylor was an accountant with S. Preston Douglas and Alpha Cellulose where he retired. He is preceded in death by his parents, Wade and Mary Taylor; two brothers, Clio and Edwin Taylor; sister, Margaret Taylor; nephews, DC "Junior" Taylor Jr. and Wade "Archie" Taylor III.
Survivors include: brother, Wade A. Taylor Jr of Elizabethtown; sister, Dorothy Daniel of Elizabethtown; many nephews, nieces, great nephews, great nieces, and eight great-great nephews.
The family will receive friends on Monday, August 22, 2016 from 5-6:45pm at Bladen-Gaskins Funeral Home in Elizabethtown with funeral service at 7pm. Rev. Carson Hilburn will be officiating services. Burial will be Tuesday, August 23, 2016 at 10 am at Allen Cemetery in Dublin, NC.
Family will greet friends at other times at the home of Ms. Dorothy Daniel 134 Old Peanut Rd. Elizabethtown, NC 28337.
