Roy Fores

Roy Thomas "Tommy" Fores, Sr., age 67 of Bladenboro, died Friday, July 17, 2015 at Bladen County Hospital. He was a Veteran of the NC National Guard. He is preceded in death by his parents, Roy Franklin Fores and Mamie Brisson Fores; and a granddaughter, Jada Britt. He is survived by his wife, Sharon Fores of the home; sons, Roy Thomas Fores, Jr. and wife Kassie of Bladenboro, Jason Britt and wife Shannon of Bladenboro, and Daniel Britt of Myrtle Beach, SC; a daughter, Christie Fores Jordan and husband Michael of Bladenboro; and four grandchildren, Dakota Fores, Trista Fores, Dillon Fores, and Caiden Britt.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, July 18, 2015 from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Bladen-Gaskins Funeral Home. A service will be conducted on Sunday, July 19, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at Abe Branch Holiness Church officiated by Rev. David Clewis and Dale Hester. Burial will follow at Lewis Cemetery in Bladenboro.
