Sarah Cornelia White Capps, 91, of Elizabethtown went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, June 17, 2026 while at Elizabethtown Nursing Center. She was preceded in death by her parents, Dewitt and Mace White, her beloved husband George F. Capps, Sr. and siblings, Wanda Capps and D.H. White Jr.
She was the loving mother of two sons, George F. Capps Jr. of Garland and Robert T. Capps of Elizabethtown and will be dearly missed by them both.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, June 24, 2026 at 1:00 pm in the Lafayette Memorial Park & Mausoleum in Fayetteville, NC.
