Thelma Davis

Thelma Russ Davis, 81, of Clarkton entered into eternal rest on Monday, February 27, 2012. She was born in Bladen County on April 20, 1930 to the late Ezra and Letha Evers Russ.



She was preceded in death by her husband, Kermit Davis; her parents; two sisters, Shirley Baxley and Myrtle Blackburn; one brother, Ervin Russ.



She is survived by two brothers, Curtis Russ and wife Clelia Russ of Bladenboro and Fletcher Russ of Morganton, NC; two sisters, Emer Lee Davis of Clarkton and Winnie Thompkins of Wilmington; several nieces and nephews.



A graveside service will be held on Thursday, March 1, 2012 at 2:00 pm at McKinnon Cemetery with Rev. Larry Priest officiating.
