He was born in Robeson County on January 25, 1965.
Mr. Evans was preceded in death by his father, Thomas Murray Evans.
He is survived by his mother, Carol Hester Evans; one son, Thomas Christopher Evans;and one sister, Susan Evans Gregory.
There will be a private service.
