Tommy Norris

Thomas "Tommy" Wade Norris age 71, of Elizabethtown passed away on Wednesday, June 27, 2012 at Columbus County Hospital. Mr. Norris was residing at Lake Pointe Assistance Living Center.

He is preceded in death by two sisters, Barbara Ann Norris and Mary Elizabeth Norris.



Mr. Norris is survived by his wife, Shelbia H. Norris of the home; his son, Mitchell Norris of Elizabethtown; three daughters, Michelle Hurst of Whiteville; Melinda Lennon of Clarkton; Marsha Norris of Elizabethtown; four brothers, Bobby Joe Norris of Greensboro; Stewart Norris, Allen Norris, and Charlie Norris all of Elizabethtown. Eight grandchildren, two step grandchildren and one great grandchild.



The family will receive friends on Friday, June 29, 2012 at Bladen-Gaskins Funeral Home from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, June 30, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at Dublin First Baptist Church with Rev. Cameron McGill officiating. Burial will follow in Bladen Memorial Gardens.
