Trevor Worthington

Trevor Douglas Worthington, age 13, of White Lake passed away on Wednesday, March 28, 2012.



Trevor was in the 7th grade at Elizabethtown Middle School, where he played football for the Cougars.



Trevor is survived by his father, Oliver Worthington of the home; his mother Lynn Hammond and step-father, Danny of Longs, SC; three brothers, Oliver \\"Trey\\" Worthington and wife Krystal of the home; Freddie Worthington of the home; and Mac Worthington of Longs, SC; and two step sisters, Elizabeth Hammond of Greenville, NC and Emily Hammond of Wilmington. His paternal grandmother, Elfrieda Arthur of Texas and his maternal grandfather, Chris Kotsopodis of Wilmington.



The family will receive friends on Sunday, April 1, from 6:00 until 8:00 PM at Bladen-Gaskins Funeral Home. The service will be Monday, April 2, at 11:00 AM at Bladen-Gaskins Funeral Home with Rev. Walter Hayes officiating. The graveside will be at 2:00PM Monday at Greenlawn Memorial Park, Wilmington, NC.
